Our commercial valuation team is based on senior, locally based Valuers with extensive experience and knowledge of their respective “back yards”, supported by the broad data and experience provided by a network of 19 offices across Queensland and New South Wales.
Our commercial team is headed by our company’s Managing Director, Chris Caleo, who has over 25 years experience in the commercial and industrial property market. Chris also heads our auditing review program and personally reviews all commercial valuations over a $2 million threshold.
