Established in 1960, Taylor Byrne has grown and developed to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients. Initially solely property valuers, we have expanded our range of services and our areas of operation, now catering for clients throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Australia and recently, Asia.

Through our 13 Queensland branches and 6 NSW branches we deliver the highest standard of property valuation to all major regional centres as well as more remote locations. 

The company is generally recognised for its strength in litigation valuation matters with all valuers trained for Court and conference attendance. Two former partners have presided on the Queensland Land Court.

With valuations able to withstand Court scrutiny, Taylor Byrne is often instructed to provide market valuations for portfolio purposes comprising CBD, commercial, industrial and rural property.

Taylor Byrne has also undertaken commercial/retail rental determination matters on behalf of tenants and landlords, and also as an expert appointed by the Australian Property Institute.

Valuations are provided for mortgage security purposes generally acting under instructions from financial institutions. Commercial, industrial and special purpose valuations are attended to by senior valuers, and residential valuations by a section specifically established for this purpose to enable a rapid "turn around" time.
