Jonathan Lea, B.Bus (Property Studies), AAPI Certified Practising Valuer Position: Valuer Expertise: All areas of valuation Location: Inverell Profile: Jonathan graduated from the University of Queensland with a degree in Real Estate and Development. He started working for a private firm in the New England region for 12 months prior to commencing work for Hoolihan Valuations in 2002. In 2010 Jonathan took on the role as Manager of the Taylor Byrne Inverell office. He has experience in all aspects of valuation particularly specialising in rural Enterprises. |

Robert Lea, AAPI Certified Practising Valuer Position: Valuer Expertise: All areas of valuation Location: Inverell Profile: Robert commenced working in the valuation field in 1970 with the old Rural Bank and later with the State Bank of NSW. In 1980 Robert opened his own valuation practice in Inverell, servicing the northern New England and North West Slopes districts. In June 2010 Taylor Byrne bought into the business. Robert has experience in residential, vacant land, rural, commercial, leases, resumption and compensation valuations. |
