Jany Pezard, Registered Valuer, AAPI Certified Practising Valuer Position: Office Manager Location: Sunshine Coast Expertise: Residential and Commercial Profile: Jany joined Taylor Byrne in 2005 as a Valuers Assistant after having spent 8 years in the Banking & Finance Industry in Europe. Jany registered as a Valuer in 2006 with experience in residential, industrial and commercial valuations. As the Branch Manager Jany oversees the day to day operations of the Sunshine Coast office, whilst also undertaking rural, industrial and commercial valuations. |

Marcia Bultreys, B.Econ.(PG Property), AAPI Certified Practising Valuer Position: Valuer Expertise: Residential Location: Sunshine Coast Profile: Marcia joined Taylor Byrne in 2003 as a Valuers Assistant and became registered in 2005 following completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Valuation. Prior to commencing with Taylor Byrne, Marcia completed a Bachelor of Economics and worked for DEETYA, Rueters and American Express Bank. Marcia shows a high level of understanding with respect to the general real estate residential market and undertakes valuations for mortgage security, mortgagee-in-possession and Family Law purposes. |

Rebecca Jones, BSC (Hons) Estate Management, MRICS, AAPI Certified Practising Valuer Position: Valuer Expertise: Commercial, Industrial and Residential Location: Sunshine Coast Profile: Rebecca joined Taylor Byrne in 2010 after having recently worked in the Hervey Bay area. Prior to immigrating to Australia, Beki worked as a RICS Accredited Valuer in United Kingdom for 7 years, including time spent in a rural practice and with Knight Frank, Liverpool. Beki has a broad range of experience including small scale commercial, industrial and residential. |
