Bruce Noble, B App. Science (Property Economics), FAPI Certified Practising Valuer Position: Valuer Expertise: Residential, Commercial and Industrial Location: Port Macquarie Profile: Fellow of the Australian Institute of Valuers since 1980. Bruce joined Hoolihan Valuations in 2008 after having spent more than 10 years with the Valuer Generals Department in Sydney, Lismore, Mudgee, Dubbo, Nyngan and Taree/Port Macquarie areas. Bruce then established his own practice in Port Macquarie and has had over thirty-five years experience in the Mid North Coast Region, including the areas of Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Taree and Forster. Bruce is experienced in all levels of valuation, specialising in commercial and industrial properties. |
